Monitor Pro is a two-way passive bookshelf speaker with an external horn. Built for audiophile listening and designed to connect directly to your amplifier.
Its lineage nods to architecture and icons ranging from medieval defense to minimalist art. The form is reimagined through the lens of Sound Classics: warm, energetic, and built to give everyday spaces a resonant heartbeat.
The woofer is an 8" paper cone connected to a neodymium motor. A copper sleeve keeps inductance and distortion low.
The compression driver is a 1" PEI diaphragm with 107 dB sensitivity, mounted to an external horn for a wide, detailed soundstage.
The cabinet is crafted in collaboration with local artists and small New York-based workshops. It reflects a commitment to honest materials, playful restraint, and the uncomplicated pleasure of listening in the present moment.
Every speaker is finished in Rubio Monocoat Oil. This gives the speaker an enduring, zero VOC finish that is also serviceable for life.
